Real Estate Headshots | Don’t Let them Become Outdated!

Your Real Estate Headshot may be nice, but it may also be 15-20 years old! This is a long-time BAD HABIT in the Real Estate industry. I get it! You guys are so busy you can’t seem to take the time, then time flies… but when you start getting clients saying, “Wow, you don’t even look like your photo!” — that means you’re way overdue to get that headshot updated!

Many of the industry leaders have been in the game a long time and felt gosh they’d only need to get that headshot done once or twice in their career. These days it’s actually best to update your headshot at least every two years. Especially with seasonal hair changes and aging styles.

Standard Head & Shoulder sessions are super quick as well! If you’re just needing an update, this session can take as little as 15-20 minutes max. I can get 20-30 great shots in a snap with a result of 3-5 great final options. Get booked today for as little as $175.00 for a quick update. Shoot me a message through the contact page or use my little pop-up chat to “text” me immediately. I can do either Studio or Outdoor Headshots, see my Headshots Services page for more styles.

While I like a more natural finish to your face in headshots, I do apply professional retouching which covers:

  • Teeth Whitening (naturally)
  • Eye Width Fixes (naturally, slight adjustments as needed)
  • Crooked Smile Adjustments
  • Blemishes as needed
  • Soften Under-Eye area (but not barbie-plastic edits)
  • Any Teeth Fixes that anyone would otherwise not notice (chipped or discolored front teeth)
  • Hair Flyaway Control

Just because you’re a bit older does not mean you have to suffer a bad headshot. Having someone help you out with good posing, optimal lighting and a nice, professional amount of retouching is key to getting it done right. So take 15-minutes off your lunch break and get this important piece of your career image scheduled.
